Here I am - at home. Waiting for the phone to ring. Apparently an energy company have my number - they have immeasurable insight and know i'm paying far too much for my gas and electricity and they are desperate to help me. It's great to know they have my best interests at heart.
It could only be bettered by another call from BT.
